Refund policy

At Adaychic.uk, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Every product goes through rigorous quality checks before dispatch to guarantee it meets our quality standards.

You may submit a return request within 30 days after delivery following the policy outlined below. Should you have any questions, please contact our support team at service@adaychic.uk.

Return Eligibility

Return Window: Return applications can be made within 30 days upon receipt of your package. Item Condition: Goods must remain unworn, unwashed and unaltered. They need to be kept in original packaging with all tags intact. No visible wear, usage marks, makeup or perfume stains are allowed. Return Shipping: Customers bear the cost of return shipping, except for orders arriving damaged, defective or with incorrect items. In such cases, we will cover the return freight. Please be aware that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

How to Submit a Return

  1. Reach out to us: Email service@adaychic.uk with your Order ID, a description of the issue and clear photos of the item.
  2. Await return instructions: Our team will assess your request and send you the dedicated return warehouse address. Do not send returns back to the delivery address printed on your package or our corporate office. Returns sent to these locations cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the item and share tracking: Choose your preferred carrier to send the goods back, then forward the tracking number to our email.
  4. Refund arrangement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Funds typically take 3–7 business days to show up, depending on your card provider.

Exchange Policy

Direct exchanges are not available on our store. If you need a different size or style, please return your current item for a refund following the return process above, then place a brand-new separate order on Adaychic.uk.

Cancellation Policy

Our team starts processing orders quickly after purchase. Kindly review your order carefully before checkout:

  • Before shipment: Full cancellation with complete refund is available any time prior to your order being dispatched.
  • After shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy instead.
  • Unpaid orders: Any unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled by our system after 24 hours.
